Terms of Service

Wonder Conductor is an AI stack management platform that helps you visualise, track, and optimise your use of AI tools. The service includes:

• An AI maturity assessment
• A personalised AI tool dashboard
• Usage tracking and spend visualisation
• Pip, your AI stack strategist
• Monthly AI Playback reports (Orchestrator plan)
• Stack sharing (Orchestrator plan)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Wonder Conductor, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid Manus account (used for sign-in)
• Provide accurate information when prompted

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Wonder (Free): Available to all users at no cost. Includes up to 10 tools in your stack, AI maturity assessment, and Pip onboarding.

Orchestrator ($79 AUD/year): Billed annually via Stripe. Includes unlimited tools, full spend visualisation, usage tracking, Pip's weekly insights, monthly AI Playback report, and stack sharing.

Conductor Cohort: Live coaching program with Sarah Pirie-Nally. Pricing and terms are provided separately at sarahpirienally.com/programs.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Orchestrator subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Stripe: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing.

You agree not to:

• Use Wonder Conductor for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all content you add to Wonder Conductor (your tools, notes, usage logs, and stack data). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

We do not use your stack data to train AI models or for any purpose other than operating Wonder Conductor.

All content, design, code, and branding of Wonder Conductor — including Pip — is owned by Sarah Pirie-Nally and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Wonder Conductor uses AI (via Pip) to generate tool recommendations, maturity assessments, and insights. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. AI recommendations may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. Always exercise your own judgement when making decisions about your AI stack or technology investments.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Wonder Conductor and Sarah Pirie-Nally are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Wonder Conductor after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
